Recovery & Mobility Focus: Specially designed stretches and poses target key running muscles—hips, hamstrings, and calves—to aid recovery and prevent injury.

Runner’s Reflection Prompts: Track your progress and reflect on your journey with daily journaling prompts that encourage mindfulness, growth, and mental clarity.

#FlowMotion – Yoga for Runners Program: 4 Weeks of flexibility & recovery is designed for runners of all levels who want to enhance their performance, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, this program offers a holistic approach to support your running journey.

Days: Tuesdays or Thursdays

Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Venue: Jack’s Gym, Itower, 2nd floor, Studio 2

Duration: 8 weeks

Investment: BWP450 per month, 1 session per week

This program is ideal for:

Runners with Tight Muscles: If you experience tightness in your hips, hamstrings, or calves, our targeted yoga stretches will improve flexibility and range of motion, allowing you to run more freely.

Runners Looking to Prevent Injuries: Running can put a lot of stress on the body. Our sessions strengthen key muscles, improve balance, and reduce the risk of common running injuries like shin splints and IT band syndrome.

Stressed-Out Runners: Life’s demands can leave you mentally exhausted, and adding running to the mix may increase stress. Our mindfulness sessions will help you manage stress, stay focused, and boost your mental endurance on and off the track.

Experienced Runners: If you’re already an avid runner, you’ll love how our yoga practices can take your training to the next level, enhancing both your strength and mental clarity.

Beginners: If you’re new to running or yoga, our certified instructors will guide you through beginner-friendly movements and breathing techniques to build a strong foundation for your running and wellness journey.

Local Gaborone Runners: If you’re in Gaborone, this program celebrates the active lifestyle of your community, bringing together runners who want to combine movement, mindfulness, and performance.
